Do we realize the power of the peace of God? I am continually amazed at Him, the God and Lord of all, who exercises His power and authority on behalf of us. He has decided to love us, to hear us, speak to us and let His “hand of grace continually rest upon” us (Psalm 139: 10 LB). Even when we are riddled with anxiety, which contain the elements of fear and doubt, He does not waver in His diligent attention to His children’s prayers and supplications, sending His peace to under gird our hearts and minds with His strength. As we pray, God pours His peace into the cracks of our frailties, which hardens to a protective shield about both heart and mind; His power perfected in our weaknesses. Selah.
