Treasured Vignettes
“For He Himself (Christ Jesus) is our peace, who made both {groups into} one, and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall.” Ephesians 2:14
The human mind equates unity with uniformity. But, God equates unity with harmony, orchestrated through the Lord Jesus Christ. I wonder what would happen if, instead of criticizing the various forms other Christians use to worship, we all just worshipped the Lord God Almighty. Or, instead of arguing about spiritual gifts, we gave continual thanksgiving for whatever the “Father of lights” bestows to us. What if we, Christians, bless those who curse us; do good to those who despitefully use us; pray for our enemies; forgive those who sin against us; and, love one another? Do you think we could change our world? Selah.
