“Off with the old and on with the new!” Sounds simple doesn’t it but that’s not always the case. Sometimes if you’ve gotten in the habit of the old self, it is very hard to “learn new tricks.” But, it is not impossible! As children, the primary way we learn is by imitation. We saw and heard how mommy and daddy spoke and behaved, and, we copied them (good or bad). God, in Christ, has given us the perfect, right and true example to learn from, to imitate. Learn of Him (Matthew 11:29). Pause and think about this.
