What does “cold” love look like? “People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God-“ (2 Timothy 3:2-4, NIV)

In Matthew 24:13, Jesus encourages His disciples with a promise, “But the one who endures to the end will be saved.” Although lawlessness is increasing, it is the most opportune time for us, Christians, to encourage one another, love one another, do good to one another and do the will of God. Let us, all the more, fan our flame of love for God so our light will shine before men and they will come, drawn by its warmth, to glorify our Father in heaven. Think about it.
