Pursue the kind of love that gently warns and rebukes the unruly, willing to teach him/her to obey all that Christ has commanded. Pursue the kind of love that encourages the fainthearted, building them up in the “most holy faith,” that they may be present at Christ’s appearing. Seek after the kind of love that helps the weak, not judging him/her nor causing him/her to stumble, but, to increase in devotion to the Lord. Engage in the kind of love that is patient with all people, for the very first characteristic of genuine love is patience. Think about it.
