What keeps the natural man from “connecting” with God? Sin, you may say, but Jesus Christ bore our sins and through Him we are forgiven and justified. Is it ignorance? The heavens and earth show forth the glory of the Lord and Jesus came that we may know the Father. Perhaps it is demonic activity? Christ Jesus came to destroy all the works of the devil. It could be that man and God just can’t get together. But, Jesus Christ came to reconcile man to God. What is lacking is recognition and repentance. Each person must recognize that the kingdom of God is here and make the decision to change his/her life from that of Godlessness to one of Godliness.
