TOMORROW
"Therefore I tell you, stop being perpetually uneasy (anxious and worried) about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink, and about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life greater [in quality] than food, and the body [far above and more excellent] than clothing?" Matthew 6:25
It is the last day of the year. People seem to be more sensitive about what the future holds, on this day, more than on any other. Yet, because each tomorrow holds a promise of need and provision, we are forewarned today to trust God with our uncertainty about tomorrow. Trust Him, Who is the same yesterday, today, and, yes, tomorrow. Trust Him to know what we need for what He has planned. In each day there are joys and troubles. We have opportunity to celebrate and to struggle. Jesus Christ encourages us not to "worry or be anxious about tomorrow," but to seek God's leadership and His way of rightly doing things (Matt. 6:31-34). He will take care of those who do --today, tomorrow and forever. Think about it.
